Homemade pancakes filled with spinach, ricotta cheese and mushroom,
covered with a cherry tomato sauce and oven baked.

Seabass sealed in its own cooking parchment with
sliced potatoes, onion, herbs & tomato.
Tiramisu "pick me up"
Classic Italian cheesecake with mascarpone cheese,
Italian liquor and saviordi biscuits.
Lemon truffle made with a delicate lemon and zabaglione cream,
coated in lemon meringue pieces with a sharp lemon centre.
